WildButler is a guest guide for game reserves and lodges. Guests scan a QR code or tap a link in their booking email, and the reserve's map, rules, contacts, and indemnity are on their phone — and still there when the signal drops. No app store, no login, no access code.
What guests get
- A map of the property — stays, trails, picnic sites, viewpoints — with photos
- Reserve rules and gate information, readable offline
- Emergency and housekeeping contacts
- The lodge's indemnity, accepted before arrival, so there's no paper to chase at the gate
- A feedback form that sends itself when the signal comes back

- Staff update their own guide from a phone — map pins, photos, rules, contacts, and feedback questions
- Indemnity acceptances and feedback in one place, searchable and downloadable
- The guide in the lodge's own branding, at its own address
- Guest information handled properly under POPIA — recorded consent, set retention periods, and ADL as operator
