FLAGSHIP PROJECT / CONSERVATION & CRIME INTELLIGENCE
A crime intelligence platform for wildlife, not just the usual client list.
We recently delivered a Progressive Web App built as a crime intelligence platform for wildlife and biodiversity crime — architected with integration scaffolding for law enforcement, biodiversity authorities, threatened-species registers, and international wildlife-trade monitoring bodies. It's the clearest expression of what "tech for the wild" actually means: software built to hold up under real operational conditions, for people protecting something worth protecting.
What it does
- Consolidates intelligence across multiple stakeholder systems into a single operational view
- Built as an installable PWA — usable offline in the field, syncing once connectivity returns
- Designed with an integration scaffolding approach, so new stakeholder systems can be added without re-architecting the platform
- Handles sensitive law-enforcement and conservation data with the access-control and data-handling discipline that requires
How this connects to our other work
The same systems-integration discipline behind this platform is what underpins our radio, geofencing, and field-comms work — and sensitive-data platforms like this are exactly the kind of system a Third Rail AI governance review is built for. It's also where our BushSense platform started — remote-area monitoring for exactly this kind of work.
This is the kind of build we take on when the stakes are real and the connectivity isn't guaranteed — which is most of what we do.
